Section 1 of 3
The practical stuff that goes on your profile card — what clients see first.
This section builds your trainer card — the profile clients browse when we send them their matches.
You can adjust this anytime. This gives clients a ballpark when browsing your card.
Section 2 of 3
This is how we match you with clients who actually suit your coaching personality.

Section 3 of 3
This is what turns a profile into a person — and where we collect photos for your card.
These photos appear on your trainer card. The better your photos, the more clients connect with you before they even reach out.
Your main headshot or upper-body photo. This is the first image clients see on your card. Clear, well-lit, and showing your face. Think confident and approachable.
A photo showing your physique, you in the gym, performing an exercise, or coaching a client. This tells clients what they can potentially achieve and shows you walk the talk.
Something that shows who you are outside the gym — hiking, cooking, your dog, traveling. This is the photo that helps clients feel like they already know you. Matches your listed personal interests.
Before/after or progress photos from consenting clients. These show up in your full profile when clients click to learn more. Only include photos you have explicit permission to use. You can send these later — just email them to us once you have them.
Add 3–5 things you're into outside the gym. These show up on your card.
